Mission Statement
W foundation is a non-profit organization committed to transforming lives by empowering women and supporting underserved communities. Our mission includes:
Women's Empowerment: Promote gender equality through skills training, entrepreneurship programs, and advocacy.
Poverty Alleviation: Provide resources and opportunities to improve economic stability for vulnerable populations.
Water Access: Develop sustainable solutions for clean water and sanitation to enhance health and well-being.
Education Support: Build and improve schools, offer scholarships and provide essential learning materials.
Food Access: Helps address hunger, focuses on combating food insecurity and ensuring access to nutritious meals for individuals and communities in need. Our organizations often engage in food distribution programs, partnerships with local agencies, and initiatives to promote sustainable food systems. Our mission is to reduce hunger, raise awareness about food inequities, and support vulnerable populations through immediate aid and long-term solutions.
We believe in fostering self-reliance and creating a future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
We aim to create lasting change through community-driven projects and partnerships, ensuring every individual upliftment.
We are unique because we strive to use 100% of your donation towards our projects and all those involved with this foundation volunteer our time to the betterment of those less fortunate.

December 2024. Donation to Simcoe Mental Health Foundation
W foundation gave funding to buy necessary food for rise in need for the Simcoe Mental Health Foundation
December 2024. African women's health sponsership
The w foundation supported the reusable menstrual pads for women in the coast region of Kenya
November 2024. W Foundation is proud to open the eighth borehole of this year.
Borehole opening in rural coast area of Kenya will help elevate water supply issues for villagers who did not have a fresh water supply and had to walk many miles to get the water. Sponsored by W Foundation.
October 2024. W Foundation sponsored reusable feminine hygiene pads
W foundation funded reusable feminine hygiene pads for 100 girls in the coast of Kenya, these girls will no longer have to miss school and reduce expenses for hygiene which was already a challenge to them
August 2024. Village borehole opening ceremony.
W Foundation working with our generous donor in collaboration with Lions club of Mombasa sponsered a borehole for a African village without running water.
July 2024. Two boreholes opened.
W Foundation working with our generous donors in collaboration with Lions club of Mombasa helped two villages in South Coast of Mombasa, Kenya that previously had no running water.
June 2024. Guatemala dental mission.
In partnership with Health Missions Outreach, Rotary Club of Collingwood SGB and the W Foundation.
7 Day Dental Mission in Guatemala to provide much needed Medical and Dental Care. The team of 20 volunteered their time from Canada.

Project Butterfly - Feed the hungry
Project butterfly is a community food bank in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada where anyone that needs food as well as perishables in a fridge can come down to the community centre and take any food items they need
W Foundation provided funding for the fridge and over a $1000 of food items.

Helping children with disabilities
W Foundation funded wheelchair provides mobility to a girl with a disability.
Women empowerment Micro-grant
W foundation purchased a sewing machine for a woman to start her own business.
Mobility for persons with disabilities
W Foundation funded tricycle provides mobility to a man who suffered a spinal injury.

W Foundation sponsored borehole in Kenya, Africa
Anonymous donor with the W Foundation donating furniture to village schools in Mombasa, Kenya with the help of the Lions Club.
Second borehole completed with generous help from anonymous donor in Mombasa, Kenya and Lions Club .
W foundation donated food and groceries to feed 130 orphans in Mariakani, Kenya.
