To be considered for funding, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be a registered non-profit organization or charitable entity.
Operate locally and internationally
Align with the foundation’s focus areas, which include:
Food Access
Water Access
Homelessness and Poverty stricken population service
The foundation prioritizes projects that:
Address significant community needs.
Demonstrate measurable outcomes and long-term impact.
Promote innovation and collaboration.
Applicants may submit a brief Letter of Inquiry (LOI) summarizing their project idea before submitting a full application.
The full application must include:
Cover Letter: A one-page introduction to your organization and project.
Proposal: A detailed description of your project, including objectives, methodology, timeline, and expected outcomes.
Budget: A breakdown of how the requested funds will be used. We do not fund capital expenditures
Supporting Documents:
Proof of non-profit status.
Recent financial statements.
Letters of support or partnership (if applicable).
Applications are accepted year long and are accessed as we receive them
Applications will be reviewed by the foundation’s directors. Decisions will be based on:
Alignment with the foundation’s mission.
Feasibility and sustainability of the project.
Potential for community impact.
Applicants will be notified of the committee’s decision within a reasonable time
Successful applicants are required to:
Submit progress and final reports detailing how funds were used and the outcomes achieved.
Acknowledge the foundation’s support in their projects
Receipts of the funds used
Photographs and videos of the project
